The program consists of: 
  • One workshop every other week
  • Corresponding materials provided
  • Each class is one hour long via web conference
  • Members bring their specific team issues so coaches can do the pin-pointing and solution strategies to get your numbers where they should be  
  • Optional trouble-shooting and implementation after instruction- members sometimes stay as long as 2 hours afterward to implement, practice and troubleshoot. (Coach stays as long as the members do.)
  • As many people from your company team can be in the conference at any time 
  • Each class is 12 weeks long
  • Next class starts the second week of July 2011
  • Deadline to register is June 30, 2011.
